I
have been trading since 1987, and had enjoyed a certain amount of
success by largely trading on my reputation and word of mouth until
the 'downturn' in the motor industry over the last few years.
I quickly discovered that my usual advertising methods were not
enough to attract new clients and so I turned my hand to the internet
and was astounded at what a huge difference it has made. I
now have as much work as I can handle in my original business of
providing and installing electronic security systems and car communication
equipment, but would now like to pass on to others similar opportunities
and, at the same time, diversify into this up and coming market.
Most commercial web design consultants charge expensive fees for
making web pages, and, although many of these are extremely nice
to look at, on many, slower PC's, downloading some of these works
of art can be slow and frustrating.
My aim, is to build home pages that are informative, simple and
quick to load.
I firmly believe that if a client wishes information from YOUR site,
they want fast, easy information -not fancy animated artwork
and huge picture files that take ages to download!
